We aim to build a workplace where employment decisions are based on qualifications, performance and business needs, and where barriers to participation are identified and addressed.
Approach
DEI is embedded in recruitment, placement, promotion, training, career development, compensation and workplace support. Current focus areas include local participation, women, gender equity and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
Training, grievance channels, accessible facilities, parental support and equal-remuneration controls reinforce the approach. Reported discrimination incidents are reviewed, investigated and remediated under formal procedures.
Provide equal opportunity and a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
Increase representation and leadership opportunities for women and local talent.
Provide reasonable accessibility and accommodations for persons with disabilities.
Maintain equal pay for the same role and comparable qualifications.
